What is the procedure for sending dolls to your Doll Hospital?
FOR DOLLS PRIOR TO 2002: We can help you find individuals, of whom, may be able to repair your doll. Call us at 1.888.FNB-DOLL for assistance.
FOR DOLLS DATED 2002 OR LATER: Unless the outfit needs repair...please only send the nude doll. Simply box and mail to Effanbee Doll Company, Attention Doll Hospital, 459 Hurley Avenue, Hurley, NY 12443. We advise insurance at the owner's discretion to protect from the transit of the item to the Doll Hospital. And be sure to include a note that explains what you need done to the doll. More often than expected, we get dolls returned with no explanation of the problem. We evaluate repairs based on two primary factors: (1) Factory Defects/Damage, or (2) Wear/Tear/Breakage. A nominal charge for repair in the case of Factor (2) may be charged depending on the breakage. We will restyle hair in instances where the hair was shipped defective or damaged. We no longer offer hair-rooting services for any of our dolls. Also, please remember that product exchanges or refunds need to be handled through the selling retailer.
